It is very important that you follow all the steps as per the hygiene regulations for jewellery are very specific and need to be handle with care.1. Send an email to info_luckylondonstyle.co.uk stating the items to be returned. Please ensure to include your order number.2. Post the items to the following address: 83 Basement Marylands Road W9 2DS. Or request a prepaid envelope from Lucky London.3. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.ExchangesPlease note that for hygiene reasons we are very careful with returns and exchange policies. Lucky London will NOT exchange earringsBracelets and Necklaces: We can not exchange bracelets or necklaces for a different size as we have unique sizes unless items for a different style.
